  25. The primary reason for Columbia University's inability to support
  26. SSH is because of the licensing restrictions placed on the RSA patent.
  27. OpenSSH is not legal to use or distributed in the United States without
  28. paying a licensing fee to the patent holders.  This will remain true
  29. until September 20, 2000.
